MacKenzie Distributing opened the doors in 1990. The owner of MacKenzie has been in the Heating business since 1980. Involved in wholesale and retail residential heating products. We have come through the wood burning days of the early 80's and the new gas era of the 90's.
In 1990 the decision was made to concentrate on the gas fireplace end of the business.
We realized there was a great need for dedicated experts in the fireplace business. So we have spent the last 10 years devoting our time to this project. We have been exclusive with the Kingsman fireplace line since 1995. Our staff has all been in the fireplace business for up to 20 years. With expertise ranging from wholesale, retail and installation.
During the last ten years we have been working very closely with some of the well-known and respected Architects in the city and have enjoyed a broad customer base. From Retail Stores, Heating contractors, basement renovators, builders, and homeowners.
